“This is one of the places where if I miss Vietnam so much and want to treat myself to a traditional crushed ice treat. One of my favourite ones is there Red Bean Che, it is so creamy but yet not over-sweet a perfect drink for a hot day. Every time I eat it, it brought me back to my childhood time running around with friends. Fry banana is another amazing treats that you can get here. And of course you can also get bánh mỳ, so far this is the place that able to transfer the flavor of Vietnam street food to America.”

“I'm not a soup guy but the rice and chicken soup is a must if you love soup. When you dine in they will automatically give you the soup of the day. My go to appetizer are fried tofu, crunchy on the outside but soft in the inside. They are known for their curry, fried rice and pad Thai. Be advised the pad Thai is greasy though. If you don't like greasy food, the fried rice or curry are your best bet. Adjust the spice level of any of your food to your liking. Pic1 yellow curry. Pic2 Fried tofu. Pic3 pineapple chicken fried rice (get another protein) maybe shrimp is better. Chicken was dried when I ordered. Also they don't have AC.”

“My husband and I have been to many doctors' offices because of his many health issues but we were pleasantly surprised at the pleasant staff beginning when we walked in and were greeted by the front desk person. Eleanor was very pleasant and makes you feel welcome when you first walk in. After that, our visit was like clock work-very organized and very little waiting. The technician who administered my husband's test and the P.A. who explained things to us afterward, were both patient and professional. “First time eating here today and I was not disappointed! The atmosphere immediately upon entering reminded me of the authentic local Puerto Rican restaurants back home in the Virgin Islands! I loved the display of flags and the music! “Our Daughter has been going to Canyon Ridge since kindergarten and she's now entering into 4th grade this 2017-2018 school year, all of her teachers have been wonderful and very supportive of our Daughters gifted curriculum , the Principal is currently Dr. Asai and she's been Great at addressing any concerns we had in the past with certain students, any time I called her to ask a question she was always calling me right back, she's out there every morning and afternoon to Greet all of her students and the parents, our Family is very sad to hear that Dr. Asai won't be at Canyon Ridge this next school year, some of the yard duty employees leave me personally thinking " where in the heck did they find this individual?" Some of the female yard duty employees are almost "bitchy" and seem to have a I'm superior to you attitude, the men are much more pleasant to deal with, not sure why? The Staff inside the office are always pleasant and very helpful. Canyon Ridge has been a Great and Rewarding experience for us and our Daughter, and Iam very pleased with the overall education our Daughter is receiving, would highly recommend this I believe 5 star rated Schoolto anyone.”
