Not only were they making every effort medically to help us have a healthy baby, they also went the extra mile when it comes to easing our concerns and giving us information that was so helpful and reassuring. I remember this specific moment that I was to the point of giving up and I was crying in the patient room to the Nurse. The nurse left the room and a moment later, Dr. Troche walked in to see how I was doing, mind you, that day was procedure day for him. He took a moment out of his busy procedure day to come see me and provide comfort. To me, that was very special and it truly shows how much he cares. Going through fertility treatments is very taxing both physically and mentally and im glad Dr. Troche and his team were there for me. “Ann and Donna saved my Bacon!!! I have a 2010 Toyota hybrid, and the starting battery, that's in the trunk, went dead. The battery from Toyota is over $600. The problem is there is a sensor hard wired to the battery that connects to the car. There was no listing in their computer, so they asked me to bring it in, so they could match it. Through extra effort they found one to match, but without a sensor. We had a meeting of the minds, and decided it would start the car, so I bought it. It was only $239. I put it in, and it started the car without any warning bells or dash lights. It is working great. Thanks Ann and Donna, you saved me over $400.”

“Ever since my truck accident in April 2006 which resulted in fractures on my right scapula, left clavicle, lumbar 1 & 5. Luckily I didn't require any surgery and it healed up correctly. “These guys are awesome! I had a family of rabbits nesting in my backyard and this morning a large gopher snake had attacked them and was mingling around them. Animal control wanted $150 to move it. The fire department did it for free and enthusiastically. Didn’t make it seem like an inconvenience, even took the time to educate us on the animal and it’s importance to the environment and all they did was toss it over the wall. Made our morning and rescued around 5 baby rabbits from being dinner. These are the kinds of people this world needs more of.”
