Now i have to say without a second thought or impartiality they are 100% zen. They handle issues when there are charges made to your account that shouldn't be. There aren't hidden fees on things like over drafts or because you-used-this-we-charged-you fees. Just good banking. I had charges on my account i didnt authorize and they fed exped my card to me and was here the very next day nearly. I'm here to stay.”

“I love this place!! I am an older person (59), have a bit of weight to lose (70 pounds) and have had both knees replaced. Everyone is so welcoming and the trainers are wonderful and keep an eye on me so they can modify the exercises - I don't even have to ask they are so watchful - and they always provide encouragement! The energy is very motivating and so are the other folks who attend. They partner you up (and frequently I'm partnered with my daughter) and all my teammates have been so sweet and encouraging. If you are an older person who is just starting off - don't hesitate to join F45. Seriously, just give it a try...I say this will all honesty, I never liked working out, but the energy, support, camaraderie, and quick workout - I actually look forward to going now - and I feel so accomplished when I'm done! Plus they give you these fabulous cold damp eucalyptus at the end - that alone is worth it!!”

I felt right at home the moment I walked in this establishment. The bar is very spacious on modern are very impressed with the TVs all the way around. It picked some different items on their menu. The Backyard Hot Dog, JJ's Dirty Fries and their signature Hair Of The Dog Burger! This is some of the best bar food I have ever tasted! Did I mention they have a fantastic private party room for groups of 15 or more! This place is definitely has a new permanent customer!”
