They have a fantastic variety of cooked meats that make an awesome dinner for any family. “I was born with scoliosis, and I have a shorter right leg among other issues. I have tried every modality out there, and this is the best by far. My back has completely gone out on me before, and I was really close to that when I started SST. After 2 weeks I was almost pain free!! I will always recommend 646 to anyone who asks (they have two locations, one in Marana and one on River). The coaches are extremely knowledgable and professional. Whether you attend the 5AM or the 6PM, the coaches are always happy to be there and incredibly engaging. The members are also supportive, positive and hardworking. Matt, the owner writes the programming and it is by far the best I've ever seen at any CF gym as well. I've made more progress in two years at 646 than I did in my first 4 years at other gyms.”
