My family has known the manager for almost a decade. We first met her when my brother was living in a different group home, before he became eligible for long term care. She picked up on the family dynamics very quickly, and accommodated the expectations of both my brother and my parents - no mean feat! A few years later, after my parents passed away, I learned that she had opened Bella House and I was ecstatic when my brother was able to move there. I must trust those who look after him as I am not local, and I do trust the staff at Bella House. They respond to my emails and phone calls promptly, always take the time to discuss any issues I might have and reach out to keep me informed. They are also very knowledgeable about the Arizona health care system and the Phoenix area in general and I rely on them for guidance. They always make me feel very welcome every time I have the opportunity to visit. “We tent camped here and found it to be the perfect tenting situation. Having access to the "Saloon" aka clubhouse was the biggest plus. For $25 a night we were able to use all the amenities in the clubhouse which included an inside restroom and shower, laundry and detergent, fully stocked kitchen with cookware, utensils, dishes, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot and coffee, TV, full sized fridge, couches, tables and chairs, books, games. They also sell fresh eggs and honey. For tenters this was an oasis. We dont have horses but they do have corrals for people that do. The location is perfect for a day trip to Tombstone and Bisbee. Many wineries are located within minutes from the ranch. We will be back on our return trip from Texas and will make it a destination in the future.”

“He showed up on time, we went over exactly what I wanted and he quoted me a great price and want to work... After completing the work he inspected my locks and found that two of my deadbolt locks weren't fully engaging (means somebody could have taken a sharp object and just pry them open). He said he could drill the hole deeper so that they could fully engage (and gave me another good price) or I could do it and he showed me what needed to be done. I let him take care of it, he cleaned up got paid and was out! Painless!”

“We had mom in a top tier assisted living facility prior to moving her to the Pinnacle Peak home. At the assisted living faculty she was not getting the care she needed, and never went out of her apartment for anything - meals, socialization, etc. We knew mom needed better care so thru our geriatric care manager we found Pinnacle Peak home. From the very beginning Gabriella and her team set out to get mom to socialize and take part in activities. She has become much more of her old self taking part in games, art activities, and the other social activities they offer. She is also eating her meals now in the dining room rather than in her apartment alone like she was in the assisted living. Gabriella and her team also work well with Sage Hospice who are doing mom's care now. She is getting much better timing with her meds, and they have been using great discretion with some of the as needed meds so as to not overmedicate her. Her room there is very spacious and had enough room for her recliner and bistro table and chairs. It is also well lit with natural light and decorated nicely. Gabriella also does a great job keeping us up to date, sending photos and videos. We work remote and are not in the valley full time during the summer so that is great to get. I would highly recommend Pinnacle Peak Group Home to anyone without hesitation.”

They have the best selection of quality products all in one place, and yes, you can look at the displays in person instead of relying on pictures online. Mike and Debbie are very knowledgeable and great to work with. They both went out of their way to help me pick out the perfect pendant lights for my home, and I absolutely love them! I have been to all the big box stores, including locations all the way out in North Scottsdale, but this is the place that did it for me. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase and even got free installation on my purchase. I will be replacing all my “home builder” fixtures and fans from here as well. “The Starbucks staff are like night and day at different locations. Personnel inside of Fry's at Cotton/ Bell are just not happy to be there. No welcoming service, speaking in mono-tone and just plain face cashier. For work I had to stop at Safeway this same morning. While there, I checked for the infamous glow in the dark cups. The staff is overwhelmingly polite, cheery and eagerly happy to help. It should go without saying, service expectations should mimic all Starbucks.”
