But unless you've experienced it first hand like I did when I came in to pick up my order you have no idea what it is like.... they were all super busy unloading shipping containers and They do their best to answer everyone's questions. The phones were ringing off the hook with mostly nonsense questions so I can get the frustration of trying to get everything done and everyone's order found in the multiple containers that arrive... packed by another country and shipped out to customers all over the world...all on top of trying to have to answer everyone elses questions at the same time and random people walking in without appointments... They have earned my respect and business and I will continue ordering from them for all of my needs... If you need top notch legit JDM parts there is no other place like ICB!”
