“I came across lift & thrive randomly and decided to check it out. Being new to the state and finding all my "new spots" has proven to be a challenge. However, making the decision to peel myself outta bed at 4:15 AM to give it a "try" was hands down the BEST decision. the 5:00 a.m. crew is phenomenal, the coaching staff is on point ++plus with free nutritional support included in the monthly membership how do you even say no? They offer Olympic lifting, strongman along with Crossfit and kids are welcome which is huge ( mom of twins here) I love being in a family-friendly environment. My daughter tried out the kids class and she said she wants to keep coming too. I'm really happy I found this place only a month in and I'm already seeing changes in my weight and strength. Everyone is super friendly, inviting and willing to help. I felt at home immediately. HUGE kudos to the ownership because the vibe flows from the top down that means great owners- JoJo one of the coaches even encouraged me to commit to a competition. It was a fun way to push myself and meet more cool peeps. Are you are looking for something different, something genuine? “What a fun experience our family had visiting Cactus Hills Alpaca Farm! Nichole and her family were so welcoming and happy to be sharing their alpacas with us. We got to feed them and pet them, learn all about their personalities and their fleece. The alpacas were so well mannered and even took selfies with us! The farm is very beautiful and clean. Perfect for all ages! We highly recommend visiting Cactus Hills and will definitely return again.”

“I cannot express how much I appreciate and thank God for Dr Agins. I have just endured another horrible experience with kidney stones for the second time in 15 years. I went to the emergency room and endured the pain and nausea for hours before Dr Agins saw my lab work and insisted on having me moved to his hospital, Arrowhead Abrazo for emergency surgery. My stone was too big to pass and he put in a stent. Due to the infection I had to stay in the hospital 4 days. I will be going back to see him to finish my treatment. He went above and beyond to help me according to my daughter. By the way, I am a 71 year old woman and I didn’t know how to get the help on my own as I was alone in the emergency room. My wonderful support team had left me because I was supposed to be admitted to the hospital I had first arrived at. If Dr Agins had not intervened I believe I might not have come home to my family.”

“Dr. Kilcup is a breath of fresh air! Been seeing him now for about a year and a half (functional medicine) and he actually found things wrong with me! Millions of things! :) Okay not millions but lots. I don't remember any doctor ever taking a test and finding something wrong. Dr. Kilcup gets to the root of problems with testing and if those tests make sense with your symptoms. I like that he works with you financially too. Whatever you can afford, he tries to still accommodate you. It can be expensive, but if you are truly sick you could spend more money if you let it get out of control and have to pay hospital bills. And most of the time, hospitals don't really get you better. I have seen some improvements so far since seeing Dr. Kilcup. One major improvement that Dr. Kilcup helped with is my hair stopped falling out a lot! That was fixed pretty quickly. Re-growth has happened and feels like my hair is back to normal! I wasn't expecting that to be so fast. I have had some symptoms that have been here most of my life, so I am not shocked I am not all the way better yet with those ones. Of course, only God knows if I will get "all the way" better but you never know. I know I have a ways to go, but that's okay. I know I am in the best hands! One of my favorite things is getting tests back and seeing what has improved and what needs improving. So fun! Dr. Kilcup is a very very good listener and takes time to get to know your issues and come up with a treatment plan. When you are his patient, you can email him with questions. That has been super helpful! The office staff has been so helpful too with all my questions and are super friendly and helpful! Whenever I am done with treatments, I will probably be sad since it has been such a great experience so far. :)”

“We used Senior Home Care of Tucson to help care for my mother through a serious illness for the better part of a year and then again a few years later when it became apparent she needed extra help. I can't say enough good things about the company and the caregivers. The service from the office was extremely personal. Someone always answered the phone who knew who we were and were able to accommodate our varied requests and schedule changes and they took care of all the billing to the Long Term Care Insurer. I loved the on-line portal that allowed me to check the schedule anytime day or night and know which caregiver was scheduled and for what time.
