“We were on vacation and visiting family. Our rental car had an indicator light regarding a tire problem. We went to this location of Jack Furrier Tire and Auto. They looked over the car carefully and quickly diagnosed the issue. A huge nail was removed from the rear right tire. They didn’t charge us anything! We waited a short while for the car and were on our way. Incredibly understanding, friendly and kind about our situation. They even finished a few days early. 2. The communication is over the top. We got an entire breakdown of the project ,split into phases with line items, and completion dates. 3. They managed the project with precision. Once they started it was hands off for us. They handled EVERYTHING and let us know of progress and they knocked phases out. 4.
