She even gave our doggie a free treat to entice her into the walk-up tub. “Decided to give The Boozy a try for Friday lunch. It was busy, but not too busy. They sat us right away. The server was nice and took our orders in a timely manner. The atmosphere is modern with a touch of art deco design. I had the green chili burger. The burger had decent flavor, would have liked a little more out of the green chili. The fries were delicious. The wife loved her Nachos, she would totally order it again. I'd probably try something else. The staff seemed to forget about us after the food came out, and someone else noticed we were waiting with our plates off to the side. Oddly, they came over with a wireless payment system and announced our total price out loud. This was a first for me and my wife. It just seemed inappropriate, though it was not crowded and we were not in a group setting.”

“There were so many things I loved about this place and many things I disliked as well. Super clean apartments, no bugs, generally quiet neighborhood, good place for a family (lots of kids around) the grounds are well kept and maintenance is nice and quick to respond. They also have recycling which is nice. I have a baby, and there is a nice, quiet neighborhood loop to walk around with her. I also enjoyed Indian school road park just a couple minutes away. On the downside: The new apartments are made very poorly, the angles are crooked, the paint washed off with water and the floor boards come up easily. The management has gone through three managers in the 6 months I was there, which was kinda weird. I love that the units have washers and dryers, as well as a dishwasher and micro wave, however all those appliances are definitely the cheapest and WORST I have ever used. Super weak, I’d wash my clothes and dishes and they’d come out still dirty. Parking was fine after they sorted out the spot issue, but with the previous managers they kept giving multiple people the same spot and it was really frustrating. People tend to not pick up dog poop, and the neighboring apartment complex has a few people that seem to have drug addictions or mental illness and tend to scream throughout the day and night. That issue has calmed down a bit, though. Overall this was a nice place to stay but definitely wasn’t a home I wanted to stay at long term.”
