“I will say this new judge they have is way better then the last one. They have been helpful when I call. However they just have you keep coming back for stupid reasons. I was told I'd meet with the prosecutor and the judge just moved my court date again to meet with the prosecutor . I don't have time to keep missing work to wait for a hour to be told to come back next month. I could have done that over the phone, but if you miss the date your in trouble. I'm giving four stars, because after all this is a court house and they aren't meant to be nice or treat people with respect. IDK it sounded good.”

I was going to school at the time and this was one of the few places that would actually work with my schedule. I really appreciated them working with my schedule I was completely honest during the interview and so was Mark when he hired me on expectations. I don't believe any place is perfect but Royal Oaks provided me the opportunity to be able to finish school. I think as long as they offer that type of support for their staff to improve things should work well for them. I do not know how the new leadership operates since I have left but I can only talk about my experience while I was their.”
