“After having 2 consultations with other plastic surgeons, once I spoke with Dr. Valladolid for the first 10 min, I knew he was going to be the one performing my breast surgery. As a nurse who has worked with many surgeons in the past, I was impressed with his kindness, calm mannerism, willingness to listen to what I was asking for. He talked to me for at least 30 min before mentioning or asking anything about "what size" I wanted. He never tried to tell me what he "planned" on doing with my body. He kept asking what " I wanted and expected" and told me that he would try his best to deliver what I was hoping for but, that he could not guarantee the exact results because people's bodies are different, and also that some people's expectations sometimes are not realistic. I LOVED his honesty. And all that was before he even examined my breasts. So basically, he didn't want to give me false hopes. And that is because he intended to really give me what I wanted and not just try to tell me he would so he could have another patient and make money out of it. I loved my experience with him, his staff, the surgical center, and FIRST AND FOREMOST the results!!!!!!! He gave me EXACTLY what I was hoping for, and they look beautiful, proportional to my body frame and age! I could not have asked for a better practice. He and the girls at the office have a beautiful work dynamic and they are so professional. Could not be any more impressed with everything about this practice.”

“Great experience overall. Honest. Quality work. Very quick turnaround. Only 2 days when other collision centers said they'd need my car 1-2 weeks for the same service. Owner seems like a really good guy too. And they vacuumed the inside of my car! What a nice surprise to realize after I moved the paper they put down on the mats. Definitely would recommend this collision center over any others in the Phoenix area, and I checked out A LOT before making the decision to go to Ultra. It was the best choice by far.”

“My daughter has been going here since she was 6 months old. I love this place! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My husband says it's like being in an episode of Cheers when he walks in with our daughter because everyone knows our baby by name and says good morning. She learns so much here and they are very accommodating. She is ahead of schedule on walking and knows how to play nice with others. The teachers have helped us with all of our first time parenting delays and give us tips and tricks for feeding and caring for our child. There aren't any frills as far as the location goes but the people really make this place the best!”

“I went to The Butchered Beet this week and loved all my meals. I live a busy life so having meals already prepared for lunch & dinner was amazing and delicious. I was able to get a variety of meals and everything was excellent. The owners and the staff were able to answer all my questions, the heating instructions we self explanatory & and you can definitely tell they make everything from their heart. I’ll definitely keep coming back and already planning to stop in Monday!! Thank you Also one of the meals I grabbed was the Organic Turkey Meatloaf this week as well and I didn’t get sick…that lady must be a hater. It actually was one of my favorite meals.
