“We ordered a three-piece chicken dinner and instead of getting coleslaw as we ordered we got mashed potato and gravy instead. We noticed that the girl at the cash register on the drive thru side was not paying attention to what she was doing and was talking too fast on the mic and at the window. Please make sure that you tell your employees to watch what they're doing and not to talk so fast that's how they get things confused. The food was good I can't complain about.”

“First trip left a lot to be desired but after my return trip and sharing my frustration the staff helped me to put the correct tires in my cart until I could purchase them. When my tires arrived they put them on and charged me as little as possible. I returned for my 50 mile retorque to be told nobody ever did that. Glad I did cuz I don't want to risk my warranty. Staff ended up being more helpful than my first visit. Will buy tires here again 😄”

“My son participated in the winter camp. The training is amazing! He was a commuter. They are on campus all day and everything is taken care of, from their uniforms to food to training and so on! At the beginning of the camp kids are placed on teams after coaches evaluate. My husband and I both saw a significant difference between the first day to the end of the camp! The kids were moving the ball so fast and the coaches were in tune to the kid’s strengths and what position they should play. That was impressive because the coaches knew where to put the kids in less than a few days. Kids were from all over North America-Canada, Mexico, US (Florida, Arkansas, Idaho etc) Food was ok, as stated by my son. They need more variety. For example, they have juice and water for breakfast but lunch and dinner it’s just water. I would definitely recommend this camp if you’re interested in watching your son improve with passing quickly! Awesome camp! We plan on sending him again next year!”

“I had new Trojan batteries installed in my cart. We were educated by Mike regarding lithium batteries, and really appreciate his expertise. Cart was picked up at 6am, returned before 2pm with new batteries and cables, and Mike educated me on regular charging procedures in the Arizona heat, as well as the charging procedures for my brand new batteries. The service was awesome, the product is excellent, and the cost was exactly what they told me . . . No hidden fees. I won't be going anywhere else for any golf cart maintenance. After a few beers and drinks we were able to take a chance on the dance floor! On Wednesday through Saturday they have Bull Riding and an electronic Bull! I still can't get over how good the food was! The servers took care of us like we were regulars! Great service, food and atmosphere makes this a must place to visit in Cave Creek, Arizona!”

“I do enjoy my time at Dave & Buster's, but I rarely play on any of the arcades anymore. When arcades go cashless, it suddenly seems to jack up the price. Spend $10 minimum for an even number of tokens while every game takes an odd number, leaving you with tokens left over to make you feel like you need to buy more. You always have at least 1 leftover. Staff are always very polite and kind. One time at this very Dave & Busters, I arrived and waited for my date, I ordered a drink and waited... and waited... for 4 hours. Staff kept checking up on me, and when I finally asked for the cheque, because my date stood me up, they gave me the drink for free and wished me luck. The atmosphere is always bright and cheerful, I haven't been bowling, but I have spent hours upstairs in the arcade. Everyone is smiling. It has my favourite arcades machine, Halo Fireteam Raven, though it doesn't have the Halo card reader, which tracks your stats online. I'm not sure if this is a technical issue, but I'd love for that to be fixed.”
