(June 15, 2020, 10:58 am)Great location, fun vibe and atmosphere to the lobby. They Stock different types of Memphis’ local beers In Their beer and wine cooler. You must try them all. Julie at the front desk was the best part about our stay she greeted us with the best smile and truly took time to get to know our family when checking in. When hanging out in the lobby and relaxing she was very attentive to all the guest who she encounter definitely a huge asset to their hotel. The beds are very comfortable rooms are spotless clean. Very friendly housekeeping staff. Hotel is a must stay when passing through or visiting downtown Memphis.

(May 18, 2020, 9:02 pm)The staff was amazing, the hotel was super clean and very comfortable! We stayed during the pandemic and very felt very safe. Justin called local restaurants to make sure we could get curbside or delivery even before we arrived and checked in! Since they couldn’t offer the complementary breakfast they made us “to go” bags with bottled water, fruit and any other breakfast snack that we wanted. Really good coffee was available and they happily filed our own take it with us cups. I highly recommend staying here to anyone traveling from Tennessee to Arkansas!

(April 14, 2020, 12:53 pm)The hotel is beautiful, rooms were immaculate. This location opened just 2 weeks ago. Justin was so nice and accommodating when we checked in. I didn't get the name of the woman who was working the next morning but she was very sweet and we talked briefly as I got some coffee for myself and some hot cocoa for my son. We will definitely stay again when we travel to West Memphis.
