(October 13, 2020, 12:46 pm)It is hard not to take BBQ 'prejudice' to task when trying other styles. Having lived in central Texas for nearly 30 yrs., I pulled up to the window to try Memphis style. Tried beef and pork and was pretty good tho a little sweeter than I normally like. I wish portion sizes were larger for the price. I would go back again for sit down when post Covid apocalypse is over...
