Unlike the other the store in Memphis where you go in and stand around for hours it seems to get helped on ! And the attitudes as well ! It is what it is ....
(June 9, 2020, 12:09 pm)Awesome people to work with. Warranty work took longer than I had hoped. But that was due to the requirements of paccar. Mechanic Chris was amazing and thorough. Problems that I have had since I got the truck were finally fixed and even the ones that were caused by the main issue were repaired. They even saved me a lot of money by asking if I wanted to have the def filter cleaned while it was already out of the truck. Very happy with this shop.
