  Extremely thorough, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, prompt. I had 3 different companies give me a quote for a new AC unit. This is the only company that took a multitude of pictures of the handler and ducts in my attic to show me what they were working with and they drew a diagram of what changes they would be making with the new unit and handler. They were also the least expensive of the 3 quoted, and offered financing. Win-win, in my book. A week after my install, they came out to do a check and adjust any flow that needed it. So far, I'm extremely happy. I would definitely recommend Preferred Air!

  Fernando Hernandez from Preferred Air just came to repair and service our unit. One of two units not working for over a week. It is now blowing cold. He spent about 1.5 hours, in and out of this hot Phoenix summer air and got our unit working again. We called on a Friday and Fernando showed ON TIME as assigned, next day, Saturday. Originally, we called our Home Warranty and they assigned a company who took 4 days to show up and three days later we still didn’t have an “approval” answer, no call, or a repair. That’s when I called PREFERRED AIR, from a good recommendation. Pref Air and Fernando are the only AC company we will use from now on. Our units are very old and we will be purchasing 2 new units and installing from them. They are fair priced and excellent service. Thank God for honest people in the business!!!

  I am very pleased with the service the company provided on a hot Sunday. When no other company showed up, Preferred Air did. The techs were very professional and pleasant. As a costumer, I received emails and texts when the techs were dispatched or when I asked for some relevant information concerning the repair. Their way of communicating with their customers is really good. Thank you Preferred Air!

  Since first introduced to this company, they have gone out of their way to be honest, helpful, and communicative. They act with a sense of urgency related to scheduling work, but always take the time they need for every project to ensure everything is done correctly. They always operate with the customer's best interest first. We look forward to using Preferred Air exclusively for years to come.

  Daniel Hernandez with Preferred Air are amazing! When setting up the appointment, they give you reminders ahead of time. Also, the day of the appointment, the AC Tech guy, in our case was Daniel, would call ahead of time to let us know that they were on their way. When we had a question about our appointment, when we called for some information prior to our appointment, Samantha was just amazing and friendly! We definitely recommend preferred air.
