  Ruth is the best of the best! The most talented permanent make-up artist around. My eyebrows have never looked better. Ruth has threaded my eyebrows for a year, and I finally moved forward with permanent make-up, and boy am I glad I did. The microblading process is quick, painless, reasonably priced, and WORTH IT. If you are considering doing permanent micro-pigmentation, please choose Ruth and you will not be disappointed. Ruth's patient who was right before me had Ruth remove her eyebrows, as she went somewhere else to get them done, and sadly they were botched. It will be a long process for her. Do yourself a favor and choose Ruth first. The staff is courteous -- always accommodating and professional. The environment is cool and clean, and I look forward to my next appt. Thank you Ruth Swissa & staff! :)
