Tatami Fit

I started using Tatami Zoom-fitness group training classes when the shelter-in-place began. I was hesitant because I was unsure if I would get a good enough workout without in-person interaction or the use of gym equipment. Now, I look forward to the online classes each week. It's a circuit training style and is perfect for a home workout while in a group setting. Coach Chelsea encourages everyone to move at their own pace as everyone's fitness levels vary. I am so glad to have this outlet three times each week. Thank you, Coach Chelsea!

This is my first time walking into this academy and I instantly was impressed with the vibes and the positive feel, i originally was in the area for business, as soon I walked in the owner walked up and greeted me with a worm welcome , I will be bringing my kids here to take some classes without a doubt

Great Jiu jitsu & Judo instruction!!! The instructors are very friendly, knowledgeable and meet the students at their skill level. For anyone curious about starting Jiu jitsu - I would say this is the school for you. For a beginner - Jiu jitsu can be discouraging but the Tatami instructors are very careful at pushing the students without breaking them. They make sure you know how to defend yourself before you are thrown into intense situations. The advanced students seem to be learning every class as well - Great People! Great School!
