I've been a client of Kelly Lux for over 20 years. She has been a reliable insurance expert with diligent staff. I had the pleasure to interact with Ms. Lauren Luman at her office today. Lauren was patient in answering my various auto insurance premium inquiries with professionalism and kindness. She represented Kelly Lux and State Farm well.

Every single person that has helped me has been super helpful! The primary person helping me was Hunter and that man is SUPER professional. That man deserves a raise on how professional he was. He was patient with all my changes to my new policy, he was very detailed about EVERY THING, and I didn’t need it because I have life insurance with my job, but he was very kind and very thoughtful on why he had to explain it to me and I absolutely loved it. He found me the best rates, gave his own opinions on the policy, very friendly and he spoke very highly of his own team mates , which is honestly a first in my book. Usually when you shop around for insurance, some companies might have that one person who has some negatives to say about them, but not Hunter. He spoke very highly and I absolutely loved his professionalism and his manner. 10/5 stars in my book.

I had come upon Kelly Lux, State Farm, about 6 months ago when I was desperately searching for replacement home owners insurance. The previously company who had carried my insurance for less than a month threatened to cancel me unless I spent an inordinate amount of money to replace a roof, which per three roofing contractors was absolutely unwarranted nor necessary.

Tiffany Palmer, Licensed Insurance Specialist in the Kelly Lux office was so helpful. She provided me a quote for the replacement insurance, and went as far as to confirm in advance there would be no post purchase surprises with the State Farm underwriting department. Although I was not in the market for car insurance at the time, when it recently came time to renew, I sought out Tiffany on the hopes that I could save some money by entering into multi-policy coverage with the same insurance provider. Yet again, Tiffany was on top of matters insuring I received a competitive quote, enlisting underwriting approvals before I made the commitment and cancelled my prior insurance and carrier.

I've found Tiffany to be responsive, and reliable with great follow through. She and Kelly Lux Insurance Agency come highly recommended.
