Staff is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. My wife has multiple sclerosis and was trying out recliners. I looked over and the manager was sitting next to her and they were just talking and laughing. Very caring staff!

I have purchased before and I went back again and I’m so happy that “Amber” the sales associate was still there! Very happy!!! Amber once again took her time with me and was very patient. I love how she would give me examples on some of the pieces that I was undecided on and finally made my decision to get what I really wanted. Excellent experience with Amber at Badcock in Canton! I needed a recliner with a remote for my big and tall hubby URGENTLY because he was having right shoulder surgery and wouldn't be able to use a lever or button on the right side. Within a few days, she had found the one I saw on their site, had it sent to their store so I could sign and pay for it locally, and had it delivered to our house! She worked magic for us and I will definitely check with them again for future furniture wants and needs! Thanks to Amber and also to the super-nice delivery guys!
