(November 21, 2019, 5:51 pm)I've been coming here for over 16 years now. The owner has been cutting my mom's hair since the 80s and now I take my son here too. It's always been a pleasant experience. Too bad she's retiring soon. Don't know where to go when the time comes.
(March 16, 2019, 3:12 am)The best haircut I found in Alameda. I went through several barbers before finding Neptune Cuts. Prices are fair, on certain days the wait can be abit long. But well worth the wait.

This is one of those secret places that has been around for 20+ years, and the locals almost want to keep it secret, because if too many people find out how great it is, there will be a line out the door.
But I'd still wait in that line.
As it is though, I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes, and the cut you end up with is an absolute steal at $15.
