  Mr Pixton was engaged to represent our business during a creditor litigation process, and he did not fulfill our contract obligations. We have been left to our own efforts, to now communicate directly with our creditors through an on-going, scrupulous and lengthy attempts towards possibly settlement and now legal suits. Our contracted representation with Mr. Pixton was over compensated, for basically nothing.

  Mr. Pixton is not only friendly, but he is responsible and educated in his field!!! He answered our questions and helped us every step of the way. It's a hard decision to make, to file bankruptcy, you think your life is over and you're down in the dumps, but sometimes you have to do it...James was there for us and provided guidance that was clear and to the point. He kept us in the know and eased our concerns. What more could you ask for in a time of such confusion??!!

  I spent a while struggling before I decided to file for bankruptcy; I had $220k in medical debt. Mr. Pixton was very reassuring about my issues. I went to his office at the beginning of June and we filed at the end of June. The delay was due to my having to get together a lot of original bills and bills from multiple collection agencies. He assembled all of my paperwork into a file. About 30 days later, I had my creditors hearing. He was there with me. My file was complete and my meeting with the trustee lasted only about 5 minutes. There were people ahead of me whose meetings went on much longer; I was glad that I had chosen to use a lawyer and that Mr. Pixton was so thorough. Two months later, my bankruptcy was diischarged.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his firm to anyone thinking about filing for bankruptcy. I'm very grateful for his help.
