    I had a wonderful experience at the Fairmont Spa. The customer service was exceptional and the facilities were clean and comfortable. One of the best massages I have ever gotten. It was a perfect afternoon to unwind and relax. Looking forward to returning soon.

    My favorite spa in California, hands down! This is a true full-service spa with a sauna, steam room, pool, and showers with multiple heads to choose from. The view from the hot tub is spectacular! Over the tops of a few palm trees, you can see the bay and San Francisco skyline. I have done massages and scrubs here and can attest that you're in good hands with the Claremont's staff. They are definitely experts in their field. I feel truly relaxed when I leave this spa.

    The staff was helpful, food was good, rooms were nice and clean.
    The hotel has got a feel to it that's very different from any other in the area. It's definitely got a classic feel to it.
    It's a great place and I'd definitely go back
