Does great work for my son. Looking forward to having him do some work for me on my car.

I called him on the phone and he told me the issue was the alternator with certainty and confidence. He could not service my car because it is a Nissan. This was impressive because I described the exact same problem in detail to multiple other mechanics and all were unable to give me an exact diagnosis or a guaranteed estimate over the phone. I confirm the alternator was the issue via AAA diagnostics. Today I completed the alternator repair with a friend, and the car is running well. For more complicated repairs this will be the shop I go to from now on if I get a different car. He demonstrated expertise, and unmatched candor over the phone.

UPDATE: I have been going to V for every issue I've had with my 2004 car. And he's the best. Friendly, honest, experienced, and quick! I can't say enough good things!

I took my car to this place because the check engine light came on and the car was jolting and failing to shift gears. V dropped what he was doing and immediately ran out to my car and did a diagnostic test for FREE. He encouraged me to hold off on repair unless necessary because it would cost appx $800, and he turned off my check engine light and told me to come back if it happened again.

When it did, he once again stopped what he was doing and ran to my car to do the diagnostic test. Though I did not get any work done because of needing to go directly to my car dealer, I highly recommend this place!

I have never been so impressed with a mechanic's promptness and honesty. V obviously works hard and truly values his customers. I plan on going to him for every issue I have in the future!

V is excellent; straight-forward, approachable, clear, responsive, with good attention to detail. A mechanic I look forward to working with. Will rely on him for routine as well as special maintenance.
