Eric was our technician and he showed up on time and was very courteous and did a professional job. Upon checking our furnace, he gave me options for the things that needed to be fixed and those that weren't absolutely necessary. He was honest because he didn't try to sell me on unnecessary repairs. I'd recommend Hard Hat Heating & Air Conditioning and I won't call anyone else next time I need any HVAC service.
This company is great.The two technician Eric and Marcus were awesome to work with. I found them to be very thorough and comprehensive. They explain everything they do in detail. They work very clean and when they left, you can't tell they were there. Everything operating as it should. Karen in the office was also very helpful when setting my appointment and explaining my options. I am very pleased with the service provided.
