I have been a patient for several years now. As a dentist, I am familiar with how private practices are run, and how difficult it can be to make everyone's experience great every day. I've always had the utmost respect for Dr. Kemprud as a clinician and person. As a clinician he is a great listener and always treats you as an individual-not as a case. He asks the right questions and listens carefully to your answers.
Emergencies arise, patients need extra time, simple procedures turn complex; docs are masters of the 7 minute lunch! That said, my wait times have generally under 15 minutes, with one running around 30 minutes.
Excellent Doctor. He knows his stuff. The only complaint I have is that expect to wait at least an hour to see the doctor even with an appointment. Without an appointment expect to wait 2 hours.
