  Michael was our selling agent and I found him to be super caring, authentic and thoughtful in how he went about the transaction. He provides honest feedback without being overly opinionated, which is a huge plus. He was methodical in determining the right price to list the home, in order to get in under specific filters. He talked us through the numbers to ensure we were agreeable and ultimately set the right strategy as our selling expectations were definitely exceeded. Michael was thorough in the time he spent with us reviewing and explaining documents that needed to be signed and he was in constant communication either via text, phone, or email. When it came time to review offers, he had already done his homework, had vetted the lenders, had spoken with the various buying agents, etc.
  
  In addition, the house we purchased was via a private sale and with the use of attorneys rather than realtors. Michael has a vast network and was key in helping introduce us to the real estate attorney, mortgage lenders, home inspectors, pest inspectors, etc. Even though he was not involved in our buying transaction (only the selling), he was gracious in helping us through a few questions and stumbling blocks we ran into on our purchase, which he didn't need to do, but it's in his nature for being such a good guy!
  
  I will definitely be recommending Michael as a realtor to my friends/ acquaintances in the area that are looking to buy or sell a home! Buying and/or selling a house is stressful, but Michael is a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful every step of the way (not to mention great at his job)! Getting along with your realtor is one less stress to worry about if you work with Michael!

  The housing market in the Bay Area has been so hot. Too much competition in every angle. Mike was recommended to me by a very close friend. I'm glad I worked with Mike! I was working with another agent prior to meeting Mike and the difference in their efforts were like night and day. Mike actually made me feel important with his communications with me, response time and effort he put in no matter how big or small of a question I had. With me being a first time home buyer, Mike's services were like a blessing to me.
  
  If I found a property I was only curious about, I'd send the info over to him and he'd come back in an hour or two with a ton of information about the property and neighborhood that isn't provided in the internet listings. This really helped me find the right property in a great location.
  
  He also recommended a great lender to me as well. Both teams working together really streamlined my home purchase. Everybody communicating and keeping me in the loop like a well oiled machine. It was a great experience that didn't stress me out at all. During the entire process, the hardest part was dealing with everything myself before I reached out to Mike and then again waiting for my down payment money to deposit in my bank account LOL. As you can see, the actual purchase process had my mind at ease.
  
  Mike for sure will get my recommendation from here on out. I hope to work with him in the future on the next purchase!

  Michael helped us when looking to buy our first property. As a first time home buyer, he helped guide us through the process in this super competitive Bay Area housing market. He was very knowledgeable, passionate, and responsive to us anytime day or night. We never felt rushed or pushed like some other agents but instead, he listened to our needs and delivered. We highly recommend him as a Realtor!

  Understanding the Bay Area housing market is overwhelming, period.
  As a first time home buyer, Michael was my zen to it all. His demeanor was calming yet he was transparent in his communication and ensured our understanding. Michael broke down all the necessary steps needed to get started and was available for all my random questions and needs.
  Being a Bay Area native as well, he was familiar with all the neighborhoods and all the ins and outs of each niche area.
  Michaels professionalism and warm approach makes him truly unique to his trade, I would highly recommend reaching out to him to start any housing journey.

  Michael provided me appraisals on three different properties my family owns in the Bay Area. He provided excellent service from start to finish. He really sets himself apart with his attentiveness, professionalism and ability to deliver to a deadline. It is rare nowadays to find people who provide the high level of customer service that Micheal does.
  
  I would highly recommend him if you are in need of a real estate appraiser. I would also like to share that I was in need of appraiser in Florida. Michael was kind enough to offer to find me someone in Florida without me even asking. He even went to the trouble of contacting the appraiser in Florida on my behalf to let them know I would be reaching out to them. As another reviewer stated, he is "absolutely the best". Thanks Michael.
