(May 24, 2018, 12:27 pm)This place is a real gem! I'm so happy to have found a studio that teaches classical Pilates, as opposed to the 'contemporary' styles found at a lot of other studios/gyms. The teachers are very experienced and knowledgeable, you can tell they're passionate about what they do. I love their personal approach, they truly teach the body that's in front of them. I've been going to East Bay Pilates for nearly 2 years now. Week after week I'm challenged by their workouts, you never get bored! The studio is tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood in Emeryville. (added bonus: free street parking and it's close to both Target and Ikea)
