  Furniture was beautiful and had an amazing experience. Many reviews comment on length of time. Yes it did take a while but this is hand made furniture. I was sent pictures from the raw product to finished, prep to ship etc. Have no issues and love my new dining set.

  I love my new trunk. Great quality and beauty, such an unusual item. Customer service was fantastic and incredibly quick. Patience is required as it took over 4 months to get my furniture but well worth the wait.
  
  In August I received a second item. I am equally happy.
  The TV console is beautiful. Excellent craftsmanship and expertly wrapped to ensure there would be no damage during shipping. I received updates every step of the way. The console would work with many decors, rustic, shabby chic, French country and bohemian.

  Buying something monumental, expensive and, top it all off, customized and one of a kind, on the Internet is chancy. But after comparing their prices with similar rustic furniture in nearby Texas and Arizona, New Mexico and California, Sierra Living prices were more in-line for what we considered fair.
  The customer service was far more than a talking computer voice. In fact, I never ran into that. Each email and call were returned promptly with the answer researched and obtained. This is very important for a 3-month process of custom building and painting your furniture, which, in the end, despite the worry and frustration of not having instant gratification, or that we blew thousands to a scam, or actually forgetting we even ordered anything, the product turned out spectacular.
  As far as shipping, we were up to date every day if we wanted to be and no worry about a scam. Pictures were sent throughout the process showing us how the unpainted pieces turned out. These people are legit with higher quality end product for slightly lower prices than their USA competitors.
  
  The only drawback was time. But, as they say, it was worth the wait!

  Wonderful experience from start to end. We were emailed photographs of work in progress as our heirloom dining table and buffet were constructed.
  
  We are thrilled with the quality of our new pieces. Rosewood and wrought iron are a beautiful combination. The furniture is built to last for generations. Our dining room looks elegant and welcoming. We cannot wait to host family gatherings and neighborhood events.
