Advanced Cleaning Systems

I have been having the father and son team come over to clean the carpet and such for a few years but then the pandemic hit and we adopted a puppy. We had some extra stains this time around and I did my best with the Bissell little green machine and the cleaners but the stains did not go away... As soon as the puppy was potty trained I told my husband I needed him to take a morning off so the carpet can be cleaned. The team did a great job as usual and even left us with shoe covers to help keep things clean while the carpet dries completely. If you had to do a lot of carpet cleaning because of a puppy, I definitely recommend hiring Advanced Cleaning Systems as soon as you have your puppy potty-trained!

I hired ACS to clean the carpets in my entire house of 7-8 rooms/areas plus hallways and stairs. Gary and Sam were responsive, prompt, very professional and friendly. Their price was very competitive and they did an outstanding job. The carpets look amazing and one in particular was so dirty (dogs, kids and previously poor cleaning jobs) that it looked new after Sam deep cleaned it -see yuck and wow pics. It didn't look this good after the last company cleaned it. Gary set my expectations including furniture moving, stairs etc. when I called him and there were no up-sells or surprises after-the-fact. I highly recommend them and will use again.

I was a little worried that our carpet would never be the same after a couple of years with kids and a dog, but Gary and his son brought it back to life. The price was about $50 more than we initially discussed on the phone after the onsite estimate. Even so, they did excellent work and it was ultimately worth the cost -- I would definitely use them again.
