This place gives me what I NEED! Excellent teachers give great instruction that always includes modifications to intensify or to accommodate special needs (sensitive knees, stiff back, etc.), willingness to correct/help students, and an atmosphere of acceptance. Thank you!!!

Loved this place! I went for a few months for prenatal/gentle yoga and absolutely loved each class, schedule was convenient, teachers very nice, they'd practice various poses a lot so it never got boring. Thank you Angela and Coleen, I've had a great experience at you classes!
I lived within walking distance, but for those who drove there, only a few parking spots available right by the entrance, but they have an additional lot nearby.
Pricing might be somewhat of an issue, but I started off with a great deal from Groupon and signed up for monthly membership afterwards. Attending 3 classes a week it was really worth it, especially since they let you go to the Milpitas location as well.
Also management is indeed very attentive and flexible.

Went here once for a trial class (yin yoga) with my wife, these people are so good in their craft. The management is friendly too.
