(July 2, 2018, 3:14 pm)A place that provide medical care, regarding your ability to pay or not. Really friendly staff and doctor too. As for the waiting time, as long as you have an appointment and don't arrive late, waiting time are not bad at all actually. I rarely waited more than 30mn.
