Synergy Prosthetics & Orthotics

When dealing with the pain and uncertainty of losing a limb late in life, it is good to work with great companies. I was originally referred to a large national company by my surgeon. After looking online I saw that they were hit and miss at best based upon reviews I could find. I decided to go a different route and found Synergy. Best choice I could of made. Granted this is my first and only experience with a prosthetic company. And I base my judgement on my experience compared to those I have read about. Eli was my first contact. He was extremely helpful in explaining how things worked. Ian was my prosthetic guy. Came to the house to do all the work. Great service when I could not easily drive or absorb costs of uber/lyft. Ian was am amputee as well, similar to my own amputation. Was easier for him to share what to expect (and me to belive) knowing he experienced the same amputation. Great person!! Christine was great to get appointments set up changed or whatever. Everyone I worked with was great!!! In my case they handled all my insurance stuff. Got what I needed, never had to deal with insurance. That alone was great in itself. Very happy with my experience with Synergy.
