Ken explains the work needed before he charges anything and has shown me the broken parts he replaced after every job. After trying a few shops in San Leandro and being overcharged/hustled in many instances, I've finally taken my honda civic to him for repair and both him and his wife remembered me. Great customer service and honest prices.

(July 25, 2017, 4:14 pm)Reliable auto repair shop. Very upfront about prices and does not try to oversell or rip you off. The owner is quite experienced, friendly and humble. I have taken my cars to this place for periodic servicing and minor repairs and work done was quite good.
