(January 28, 2018, 4:24 pm)The park itself is beautiful.But the homosexual activity going on in cars and bushes is disgusting.And they leave their trash laying around,used rubbers KY packages.The homeless people are great, always giving good directions to the wonderful places in town.We need to help the homeless a little more and stop putting the blame of all the garbage on them. I've witnessed commuters many times throwing their trash out the car windows as they drive by. Vallejo Mills is a great place to visit
