Extended Stay America - Fremont - Warm Springs

1st room smelled weed. Hotel is smoke free ????. Our second room was clean. Staff are helpful. Close to grocery. Right next to 680 and 880.

I've enjoyed your staying in this hotel, especially because the staff is really nice and supportive. I would like to recognize the manager's job Kelly because it's a really hard worker and a really nice person, I could say the same about Jynae. Thanks a lot for making feel at home.

Loved staying at this hotel, me and my boyfriend always feel welcomed. The manager Kelly Mitchell was really outstanding. She's very friendly and always make sure all of the customers are satisfied. Coming to California and paying $200 a night when coming from East Coast you want the Hilton or something similar but Hilton is double the price here. I get why your chain are 2 stars. I been to 3 all 3 of your Fremont location and this location is the best. The only hotel where I seen a manager several times that interacted with me. Didn't have a clue she was the manager until I seen the business card. Each time she past me she said something to me. You doing ok, you need anything, etc etc. You are definitely due for renovations.
