“Timothy and his team help us prepare our home of 20 years for sale. They were sensitive to our transitional discomfort of turning our Home into a commodity for sale. The team worked efficiently, gave us as much notice as possible, respected our family time when scheduling viewings, and were responsive when we had questions or concerns. As part of our preparations, we did some remodeling. Timothy recommended Tony and his crew. Tony was effective, respectful, showed up when expected, and clearly communicated about the work being done. When staging our teens' bedrooms, Desiree solicited their preferences before selecting the themes she used to stage the rooms for much younger children. This small thing made our "staged living" time more tolerable for all of us. Andrew was friendly, able to explain things clearly and a pleasure to work with. Andrew helped sort through the offers on our house, clarifying which were "better" offers and why. Timothy was respectful, knowledgeable, responsive, and able to connect us with the additional professionals we needed to get our home ready for sale. He was even able to help us get started with a realtor to find our new home. When setting the asking price, Timothy gave his professional opinion then deferred to us to make the final decision. We walked away from the sale of our home feeling like we had been extremely well supported. Timothy and his team were there for us in setting the asking price, staging the house, hosting Open House events, posting online photos, and vetting house offers. “My parents have lived here at Cogir Retirement Community for a year and a half. First, I would like to acknowledge the staff because they are who make this community a place you or your loved ones call home. They truly become you family. From Mae who is a ray of sunshine, greeting you at reception to everyone in between including Executive director, Sanjay. Sanjay took the time to help me navigate assisting my mother who has had to be in a rehabilitation facility recovering from hip replacement surgery. I am grateful for how they have gone above and beyond to make sure their residents (family) are taken care of. The spacious apartments: studios, one bedrooms and two bedrooms which are a hard find in senior living. The grounds and amenities out weigh others in the area by far. There is an outdoor courtyard that is so peaceful. They have a large dining room, library with a piano where former residents family even come back to play for everyone to enjoy. This is just one of the testaments of the relationships they build here. Visiting this community in your search for yourself or loved ones is a must.”

I am a Toyota owner that make me impressed. The mechanic also provides car deep cleaning and tire replacement as well. It is best to call him ahead of time for a few days and bring your car in because he is quite busy with a lot of customers. I came to the shop for a tire and suspension work. However, I love his car pre purchase inspection service so if I buy another car then I will come for that. If you guys need a lot of repair items then Andy might have a discount and suggestion. I have seen the mechanic helping many Prius owners to do numerous jobs to bring their Prius back into a good shape including replacing the stolen catalytic converters and getting new cat anti-theft shields as well as replacing new hybrid batteries or rebuilding them.
