“Did you ever know or hear of any teachers in school who stayed interested in and kept track of their students long after they left their class? Or teachers who gladly spent time after school helping students? That’s Eric. He is tireless, running along with his students in the early going rather than just shouting instruction from a distance. Actually, he does both. Safety and good technique are stressed. And even after decades of instructing, he is still exploring ways to instruct better. Long after the lessons are finished he is helping former students get better. And he arranges trips and outings that help us fly more and have fun doing it. There are several very good hang gliding instructors in the East Bay but no other instructor does as much to further the sport or help his students. Eric is the best I’ve seen.”

“I have not seen better customer service, period! After my car won't smog because I replaced the batteries on it, they recommended I drive it around a bit to get the sensors going and offered to check it periodically to see if the sensors were good to go. 2 weeks later, my CAT sensor hadn't turned on yet and I was about to walk back dejected when the guy offers to drive it around himself to cycle the sensors. Next day I get a call saying my car is ready and smogged. I will go back again in a heartbeat!”
