  Jess was great. I had set mouse traps last night and at 4 am I heard one snap. I never looked. Jess came the next day for her appointment and graciously took care of it for me - the little guy was still alive :(. He was probably the same one I had a stare down with 3 weeks back & told that he’d better get outta there. I felt bad. He was so cute. She euthanized it for me at her truck. Next , she plugged any potential entry holes with steel wool and sprayed inside and out for insects. Jess was very easy to work with, very thorough and informed. I would definitely recommend Orkin service. I am hoping that was my only mouse. They are so cute and I hate to kill another one. Unfortunately after this one pooped and peed all over my pantry, it was time for him to go. I felt safer calling the experts.

  The service I received from Orkin was above and beyond what I expected, from the inspector to the technician that came out to do the termite mitigation. The technician was well mannered, nice and trusting . He explained to me what he was going to do and he was well detailed. He left my home nice clean.

  From the beginning getting an inspection and the final getting it done. The whole process went very smoothly. They were very professional and very knowledgeable on the questions I asked and explaining the whole process. Very happy with this company. Kevin was the guy that came out to due the treatment and was awesome. Glad I chose Orkin.
