Golden Gate Rack

Bought racks from them. They offer engineering and installation services. Everything was measured, delivered, and installed after I approved the layout. New racking layout really saves our storage space. Their manager was nice and installers worked very fast. 5 stars!

We received a big load of cargo and needed to unload it within a day. One of our forklifts broke the day earlier. We called to a few companies nearby, but non of them had available forklifts for renting on such a short notice. I googled forklifts for renting in the Bay area and found Golden Gate Rack. I called them and they were able to help me. They delivered a forklift the same day and even picked up mine for repair with no additional cost for shipping. I was able to manage the cargo arrival and I received my old forklift back in a working condition in 3 days! Golden Gate Rack guys really saved me. Everything was fast and affordable.

I was looking for racking for my new store and one of my vendors recommended me Golden Gate Rack. It's an online store, but they have a location where they keep all the equipment they sell. They don't let customers go there to check out the equipment before you buy it, and that is why i put 4 stars only, but they sent me a bunch of photos of used racking i was buying from them along with the quote, and everything looked exactly the same when it was delivered. I am glad I trusted this new for me company
