(May 9, 2021, 6:57 pm)I don't want anyone else to find out about this gem of a gym but they deserve the positive review! The equipment is new, the staff is friendly, and the crowd is manageable! As a former 24 hour fitness member I can confidently say Fitness 19 is a breath of fresh air. The Hayward facility is a bit small but has every piece of equipment you need to hit all the standard lifts you need!

(February 27, 2020, 1:48 am)Newly remodeled since December 2019. Great staff. Not busy when I go in the evenings. Lots of machines, a few already need maintenance though. But overall good local spot for a neighborhood gym. Not super pricey like 24 hour fitness.
