  I just got a call from Sean and am happy to say that he has gone out of the way to help me. He explained me the issue with their voicemail and he helped me move some scheduled jobs and set up quickly. I appreciate that I frankly only expect this customer service. This is exactly why I had rated this company outstanding in my first review last year. I have already referred this company to lot of my friends and I'm happy to say that they are there when you need them! Thanks Attic crew.

  I contracted with Attic Crew to have my attic cleaned, sanitized and have new insulation installed and air ducts since I was replacing a 24-year-old roof, felt that these services should also be done. I reached out to 4 companies, all reputable with good reviews. I found Attic Crew to be the most responsive, thorough and detailed during my evaluations. My technician, Jay, came to our house promptly, inspected the attic, and provided me a detailed and competitive proposal. They also include rodent-proofing as part of the service which is appreciated. Lisa, who I worked with on scheduling has also been super helpful. They completed the job on-time, were extremely professional and have been super approachable on the two times I've called since the work was completed. I liked that they used high quality, non-toxic insulation, and cleaning products. I would highly recommend Attic Crew to anyone looking to clean, sanitize, re-insulate or rodent-proof their home.   Had a site visit from Attic Crew's Daniel today to look at insulation under our home and rodent-proofing. First off, it's a Sunday afternoon and Eric arrived in the scheduled window. The scheduling involved reminders and confirmation via text a few days in advance which was helpful. Eric was very transparent, smart, and had lots of references for the property beyond our immediate needs (all of which were on point, informed, and coming from a customer-centric perspective). Ultimately, Eric gave me reassurance and references on things I should prioritize and stuff I could do myself. Great guy and exceptional customer-first experience. Thank you Attic Crew -- you've another fan.

  Attic Crew are well deserve 5 stars and
  more.
  We just moved to our new house and the
  inspection report showed rodent activity and
  lack of insulation.
  I was recommend Attic Crew by our friends who
  did the same project with them.
  Somi came for the first inspection and showed
  us some pictures and explained about the
  process.
  They did a really good job cleaning the attic and
  sanitizing then sealed all the entry points so
  rats can't enter anymore.
  Then they installed new insulation, which feels
  amazing in the house
  The cover all work area and the staff been nice,
  friendly and professional.
  Thank you so much for an A+ service, we will
  definitely recommend you to our friends!

  After a severe 2017 summer hot spell, we decided to install a central AC in our house. But I had a hunch that the insulation was not enough. We bought this house recently and I never bothered to check if there is enough insulation in the attic. So I called attic crew. They came home promptly and checked and attic. Took photos and showed us. There was barely any insulation. They even checked for rodents but fortunately, we didn't have any. They gave us a quote and we liked the price. We set up an appointment and they showed up on time. They came with about 4 people who do the actual work and a project manager to coordinate everything. They looked around and found a least intrusive path into our attic from behind our house through a tiny window. They covered the room in plastic sheets and close the door so the insulation doesn't fly into other rooms. We let them do their job. 4 hours later they called me and they said that they were done. I thought this was going to take the entire day but they were super fast. They cleaned everything. Took photos of the new attic and I saw a thick 4 to 5-inch insulation all over. Very happy. 2 days later, my daughter found a crack in the ceiling in a couple of places. I called them and they sent someone in about 2 weeks time for inspection. They took photos and 2 weeks later they were back again to fix the ceiling. After the job is done, they didn't have the exact color wall paint. We told them not to worry and we would take care of the paint ourselves as we have a whole house paint job pending anyway. But they showed up the next day with the right paint color and painted it over. Amazing commitment to perfection. I highly recommend Attic Crew. 2018 Summer is not as intense yet as 2017s but a few hot days, my home stays cool by about 10F compared to outside temperature.
