I had my first appointment today and as a person who is apprehensive and nervous going to the dentist I feel like I have finally found the right dentist. I felt completely and at ease with Dr. Tsai. He listens well and I did not feel rushed while asking him questions. The office staff are also wonderful. I definitely recommend this place!

I love this place! New dentist, due to insurance change and I’m so happy that happened! The staff is lovely and feel like they truly care about you every step of the way. Dr. Tsai is amazing, and the most patient, communicative person I every met. No one is ever excited about going to the dentist, no one except Dr. Tsai’s patients. Dr. Tsai and his staff have been super attentive with every questions about my wisdom tooth removal, and all dental concerns. You won’t regret coming in!

I write this review after my one-month dental treatment. It is to praise the skills of Dr Jack Tsai. Starting from a severe toothache, he helped me stop the pain on the same day. And to treat my teeth, he helped me make two crowns and extract a wisdom tooth. I would say he is a professional all-rounded dentist. He gave me confidence that he explained clearly how he would treat my teeth. I felt no fear during the whole process. The clinic is not big, but efficient. The staff are friendly. I write this because I want to support a young professional who can deliver good service to the neighborhood.

I found this dentist on Yelp. Sometimes having too many good reviews can be fake but for Hayward dental arts, what people said is true. Dr. Tsai is a great person and very skilled. The receptionist Stephanie and the team are very nice.

I really appreciated that
they made clear about the insurance coverage and how much I would pay for each tooth.

A few people can speak Spanish in the clinic.

No problem with finding parking spot.
