  They really care about the quality of their work. The technician, Jose spent time he didn’t need to in order to fix a previous shop’s mistake on my window. The previous shop installed the wrong window and didn’t realize until an hour later when the car door couldn’t roll the window down. He didn’t automatically say I had to pay extra or replace parts. He actually took extra time out of his busy schedule to fix the problem and made sure everything worked before leaving. Very good communication and was willing to work with my hectic schedule to work done. The price is also very good compared over a dozen of other shops I called. They were very prompt in getting what glass I needed when almost everyone else said 2-3 days. I had my glass installed the morning after I called them and they came to my workplace to do it. Overall they were very pleasant to work with and made my day.

  My Tesla S passenger seat window broke last night.Yelp, I looked for Google, called and asked at 7:00 AM, and they answered me so kindly that it was over in half a day, from ordering glass to replacing. They came to my house and did the service. It was so comfortable. It's so fast, and it's so kind. Thank you JOSE for the great service.???

  Excellent service. They were willing to come out and replace the rear window of my car the same day I called. I scheduled it for the next morning, and the technicians were very courteous. The work appears to be flawless - will update this space if that changes.

(510) 786-7007. My minivan windshield get random rock hit twice, I called Augie's Auto Glass to fix and they are very good. Great job, very professional , very friendly and sweet.
