Family run was having a great time chatting with everyone while they were working out the financing and paper work . If you need a quality car and are buying your first car Bay City Auto is where it's at don't get played y'all took me 3 months to find a place that wouldn't screw me over .

From the moment I walked into their parking lot the entire staff was very welcoming and I was greeted by a really friendly, experienced and honest salesman named Saber. I went to check out a 2008 BMW 335i and they went beyond our expectations with their customer service to make sure that we were able to buy the car we wanted at an amazing price and also made sure that we left completely satisfied with our purchase. If you are interested in getting a quality vehicle at a fantastic price you should definitely go to these guys! Family owned business that genuinely cares about their customers. Thanks again for everything!!

(March 7, 2018, 5:38 pm)First time buyer & No credit whatsoever but these guys made it happen. Got the car I wanted for a really good price. When I went to see the car they offered me to test drive and I did, there was no pressure like other places where they're after the sale only. There were some issues with the credit union but Sam had my back the whole time and worked his magic. Definitely a great dealer, 5 star rating because good price, great car, outstanding service????. ????Got my Mustang GT????
