I was looking for a particular hardwood flooring. I called more than 5 places to price check and Bridgebay's pricing is the most competitive. I had a lot of questions about the process (availability of the wood, ETA of the wood, warehouse location, etc.) and Management always responds very promptly through either email or phone. We picked up the wood ourselves from their warehouse on the day that Management said the wood would be ready, so there was no delay at all. Management also personally checked the condition of the wood to make sure they are in good shape. All in all, I value their efficiency, responsiveness and QC process. It was a pleasure and would definitely recommend this place.

This little store features surprisingly big collection of hardwood opportunities for a reasonable price. Management is very friendly and helpful. I was lucky to get a free gift and a valuable advice that has helped me to save costs related to flooring repairs.
