We have all heard horror stories about moving! I have a different story to tell. This team of three men arrived when they said they would, sprang to work and worked efficiently and quickly. They were courteous, asked good questions, and were considerate. They showed a good sense of humor. They were prompt in their arrival at my new home, made sure things got to the right place, and finished early!
It was one of the best customer experiences I can remember, and I have a lot of years to remember! I cannot say enough about how exceptionally excellent they performed their work!

Outstanding service provided for move out of state. They are local agent for Atlas Van Lines. With many shady operators for long distance moves wanting lots of money upfront, this company is the opposite. Answered all questions, professional, courteous, continual communication throughout. Long haul driver and crew assigned through Atlas Van Lines was excellent. Eased the stress of moving.

I highly recommend this company for a cross country move. They arrived when they said they would arrive to do the pick-up and last minute packing. But what most impressed me was when their partnering company, Atlas Van Lines, failed to provide a truck or driver so that my belongings arrived during the window of time in the agreement, the owner of Macy's Van Lines drove my stuff from California to upper Michigan himself. He arrived earlier than predicted and was extremely helpful in taking the boxes and packing material away that I was able to unpack before he completed the job which was very helpful given the Island he delivered to does not have an easy way to get rid of all of those materials. He arranged for helpers to unload that drove 4 hours to get there to assist him. Everyone was very professional and took great care to go out of their way to make a difficult process much easier.

Movers were super conscientious, professional, accommodating, efficient, friendly, and packed/moved things in record time! They followed COVID protocols, and were careful with everything! Quotations and billing were fair. They are perhaps, the best moving company I have ever dealt with, and I’ve moved multiple times!

I utilized Macy’s for a recent move because a friend recently used them and knows the owner. I was extremely impressed with the process. Chris was really helpful in talking me through everything and the on site team was incredible. They were professional, actually early, efficient and genuinely pleasant to be around! It actually felt like they enjoyed themselves. I’m also high risk and they all wore masks the entire time which is so important.
