  Excellent service and communication! Alex did a great job communicating with his office during the job to ensure the best experience for the customer. Great way to leverage expertise across their team. Excellent customer service technology including invoices and texting also sets them apart.

  Extremely professional staff and communications. The plumber arrived on time and quickly determined exactly where the leak was happening. Then proceeded to offer some solutions. We chose his recommend option and he completed within 30 mins. So far no more leaks. Highly recommended.

  Sales folks were straight forward and didn't try to upsell anything, install tech was super professional and very thorough and demonstrated great work ethics and knew his work. Quality work and very clean and reasonable price. 5 stars for these guys and they are local.... highly recommended....

  We have used Barnett Plumbing twice. We have found the technicians to be extremely professional and fast at their work. Today we had a young man by the name of Chance who stopped by. Very friendly and professional. Our work was to pullout a bad hose. He recommended that we replace to hose tap as the cost will be the same and instead of having the old one causing an issue with a new hose, we will have a new tap. He recommended some hoses to use to avoid the issue in the future. He was very prompt and gave us a call 15 min prior to arrival. Enthusiastically recommend this firm

  Great service! Tried them last week when I had a leak in my water main. The plumber they sent Wes was knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. Friendly competent service from the moment I called to the moment they fixed the problem. Highly recommend them.
