Mitchell was great to work with, him and his colleague did a fantastic job checking out the system and installing new coils. They even cleaned both systems. I had one other issue that came up the next day and Barker sent Dave out on Saturday. Dave was very thorough and explained everything so I could take the next steps. I feel very comfortable working with Barker. Good honest service and great people!!

We highly recommend Barker Heating & Cooling. We had to completely replace our existing air conditioning unit and heater along with asbestos removal and new ducting. It was a big job and Barker gave us a fair price and a great deal of attention. We had a lot of unforeseen problems with our old, existing unit and electrical issues as well. The team worked overtime to make sure everything was running smoothly. Everyone in the office and everyone who came to our home was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to schedule appointments for us pretty quickly too which we appreciated. Excellent experience all the way around!

I called Barker when my a/c unit stopped working. Oscar debugged the issue and found the capacitor and starter kit were damaged. He was very thorough in the analysis and showed me the damaged parts. The quote for replacing these parts was very reasonable. He quickly completed the work and did thorough testing to ensure the system was working well. Oscar also showed a detailed work record with pictures of the parts before/after the work. High quality work ! Keep up the good work !

Wanted to give high marks and 5+ Stars for the service I received today from Barker Heating & Cooling Technician Oscar Maldonado. He went over and above the general tune-up service I expected for my A/C unit. My unit is over 15 years old and he cleaned it to look brand new and serviced it to last hopefully many more years. Technician Oscar Maldonado even added some parts to protect the freon lines. He also cleaned my 2 reusable filters. Mr. Maldonado took the time to give me some important facts about my A/C unit, furnace and thermostat. Technician Oscar Maldonado is a Great Asset to Barker Heating & Cooling. Justin and his colleague Jeremy did a detailed assessment of the issues with my 23-year-old furnace. They offered a fair price for repairs to get the unit working again. And also quickly put together a bid for replacement options at three levels. The good and better options had good prices. The best option included some nice extras, an attic fan and more insulation to keep my house cooler without adding air-conditioning. I wanted the best option but couldn’t quite afford it and they were able to work out of good enough discount for me to be able to pull the trigger on what I really wanted. I felt really good about their service. Especially since a competitor had come out earlier and not done a good job of diagnosis and couldn’t figure out how to repair my system.

Justin and Jeremy were a good team, obviously knowledgeable, and they worked well together. They offered me lots of detail about my system, how everything would work with the new installation, and what it would mean for my future heating cost. Very thorough.
