Stop in the Gucci store on March 24th 2019 and I would like to say that it was a very spectacular visit in the store. No pressure very friendly staff and Ricky helped me oh my goodness I just want to take him home the politeness in the customer service is 10 Stars not 5. I think he was helping like two people at the same time and gave the equal amount of attention to each person.THANKS AGAIN RICKY I WILL BE SENDING PPL YOUR WAY

Really like thia place. Kim did an amazing job taking care of us and helping us pick the perfect backpack and wallet. Really wnjoy coming there.

Excellant customer service. I live 2.5 hours from this Gucci store. So, I called to ask about boots and the staff that answered sent me photos of what they have available. Very lovely boots! Thank you!
